At Roame, each order is prepared with care and shipped from our studio. Below you will find information regarding processing times, shipping, and delivery.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
For custom size orders, please allow an additional 1-2 business days for production before your order is shipped.
During busy periods, launches, or holidays, processing times may take slightly longer. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping.
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- The Netherlands: 1-2 business days

Customs and Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Roame is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Delivery
Once an order has been shipped, Roame is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Roame is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in opening an investigation with the carrier.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item at contact@roame.world with photos of the damage. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement as soon as possible.
