Refund policy
At Roame, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return an item, we offer store credit within the conditions outlined below.
Return Window
Items may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@roame.world with your order number and request. Returns sent without prior approval will not be processed.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused and in their original condition

Items must be returned with all original packaging

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
For hygenie reasons, earrings cannnot be returned or exchanged.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive store credit for the value of the returned item. Roame does not offer monetary refunds.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as Roame cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item at contact@roame.world with photos of the issue.
Once confirmed, we will replace the item as soon as possible.
Non-Approved Returns
Returns sent without a return request or outside the return window will not be accepted or processed.
